Does arranged marriage still exist?

My mum told me of a reality TV show she watched about two young couples whose parents knew each other and because of that, they handed over their daughter to the friends family to marry. After their wedding the young man was always playing games and didn't have time for his wife. The lady always complained but the man did not change. I was told the man and lady in question are both 19 and 18 years old.  Marriage should not be forced, it should be based on love. Are you in an arranged marriage. Are you happy with your union?
